INTRODUCING MY FIRST SOLO EXHIBITION:

MADE FOR LIVING is born from asking what we’re made for at the foot of an ornate casket, frustration at the brokenness in our world, and the hope of there being more for all of us.

Witnessing the frailty of life forces perspective. We who are left behind seek comfort in the dressing up of our loss in a beautiful memorial service or a gold lettered headstone. We assign great reverence to fake flowers that will be left to fade in the sun, and we don’t know how to talk about someone being gone.

This exhibition invites you to pause and consider the reality of death, your own mortality, and where your soul goes when those beautiful eyes of yours see no more.
